We ship WORLDWIDE.

Order Processing and Delivery Time
We process your order within 1-3 business days. Orders placed Friday after 3 PM EST will not be processed until Monday morning. All orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping. Please note that we do not ship on weekends and holidays.
While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays in shipment due to conditions beyond our control such as weather, postal service interruptions, etc.
Our customer service operates 10am - 7pm EST, Monday - Friday, besides bank holidays.
Customs and Duties
Most packages are duties and taxes included. But in some cases, you may be charged import duties and taxes by your local customs authority upon arrival of your parcel into your country. Duty rates vary depending on the value of the goods. Importantly, all countries have different rules regarding this so we are unable to tell you exactly what duties you may be required to pay as this is determined on import by local customs officials. You will not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important that you make yourself aware to avoid any surprises. Customs agents have the right to delay release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also deny delivery. If you refuse to pay duties, your order may be be destroyed by customs or sent back to us. If we receive your order back, we will have to deduct any shipping, duties and customs processing fees charged to us from your refund.
Please note that once your order is shipped from our facility, we are unable to expedite, change the shipping address, or redirect the package. Please make sure to double check your delivery address and if any shipping issues arise, please contact the courier company directly.
